Condominiums' Rules & Regulations
1.HOA payment is due for all owners on the 1st of
every month and is considered late after the 10th.
Please make check payable to Bella Vista Lake Condominiums and
submit to the office at
417 Fountainhead Circle
2.A renter can not sublease your apartment to anyone.
Everyone occupying a unit in Bella Vista must have ownership
(deed) or a valid lease.
3.All new renters MUST have a criminal background check
(including a sex offender check) submitted to the Bella Vista
to comply can result in fines and/or eviction.
4.All patio areas must be clear of excessive garbage and all
mesh screens on outdoor patio area must be intact and not broken
5.All garbage including electronics, furniture, etc… should
be taken to the designated garbage area and NOT left in front or
along side of your unit.
6.Only owners and tenants are allowed to use our community
pool, sauna, gym, playground and tennis court
7.Our By-Laws state that the following breeds of dogs are NOT
allowed in Bella Vista: Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans &
8.All dogs not specified above MUST be kept on a leash when

registrations will be towed at the owner’s expense.
13.Only owners and tenants are allowed to park their cars in
our parking lot overnight. Cars which looks abandoned will be
towed at the owner’s expense.
